The Collingwood Tenants and Residents Association is a community organisation run by residents of Tower Hamlets' Collingwood Estate, between Bethnal Green and Whitechapel. We coordinate with the Council and Tower Hamlets Homes on issues relevant to those on the estate, and manage the community centre and events space at Collingwood Hall.
